Benjamin Franklin

Scientist, Inventor, Diplomat (1706–1790)

Benjamin Franklin was a key figure of the American Enlightenment: inventor, scientist, printer, and statesman. He conducted pioneering work on electricity, including the famous kite experiment.

Franklin also helped draft the Declaration of Independence and negotiated peace treaties, combining intellect and civic responsibility.
